Now we’re taking on an even bigger challenge: stopping the new wave of AI-powered email attacks hitting organizations today.
Email security is a $5B+ market ripe for disruption. Legacy rule-based and ML systems can’t keep up with adversaries using AI to craft highly customized, evasive attacks. AegisAI is building an LLM-native email security platform designed for this new threat landscape - adaptive, fast, and fundamentally different.
The Role
We’re looking for an aggressive, high-ownership Account Executive to help bring AegisAI to market. You’ll be on the front lines - educating CISOs and security leaders, running full-cycle deals, and shaping how this category is sold.
We have breakthrough technology and a world-class engineering team. Your mission is to turn that into revenue, pipeline, and market momentum.
You’ll work closely with founders, product, and marketing to connect top-of-funnel demand with enterprise, partner, and PLG-assisted sales motions.
This is not a “run the playbook” role - you’ll help write it.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Generate and close net-new pipeline, not just work inbound
- Sell to security leaders (CISO, Head of Security, IT leadership) with a consultative, technical approach
- Clearly articulate why AI-native email security beats legacy rule-based and ML systems
- Partner with founders and product to influence roadmap, pricing, and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops from the field
- Help define early sales processes, discovery frameworks, and qualification standards

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals and driving millions in pipeline
- Comfortable selling technical, security-focused products
- Self-starter who can prospect, run deals, and close without heavy enablement
- Bias toward action — you think in days and weeks, not quarters
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to translate technical value into business impact
Bonus Points
- Experience selling security, email security, or detection systems
- Exposure to PLG-assisted sales motions
- Experience working at an early-stage or Series A startup
- Comfort selling alongside highly technical founders
